Thank you notelet cards

Happy Christmas all. I hope everyone had a great time. I've had a few days off crafting as no time to fit it in. Yesterday though I did get my boys to write thank you cards for a few relatives and school teachers. We used cherry cobbler card stock and ink and a new SU stamp. The stamp isn't out yet, but is part of a stamp set you can earn for free during sale-a-Bration that starts Jan 22nd. Keep an eye out for more details on the 22nd.

I think they did a great job, my youngest is only just learning to write, so it's the first year he's wrote them himself.
I'm now planning my January classes on Jan 3rd and 10th in Carterton, if you'd like to book a place please get in contact ASAP.

Last minute Christmas makes

Evening all. I hope everyone is ready for Christmas. What a crazy busy time, but I think I can finally say that I'm ready. Presents wrapped, food bought and house cleaned ready for my parents arriving this evening. Even cleaned the oven!!

I thought I'd share with you my latest crafting makes from last night. I had one christmas card left to make and a couple of ornaments.

These are the ornaments, both used Stampin Up designer series paper; be of good cheer, the snowflake die, glitter brads, tulle and twine.

My last Christmas card for this year was also made with the 'be of good cheer' ds paper. I also used the wacky wishes hostess stamp set, for the sentiment, and owl occasions stamp set. I've used cherry cobbler card, certainly celery, rose red, riding hood red and soft suede ink and finally some of the Stampin write markers in real red, pretty in pink and crumb cake.

I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and huge thanks for those you follow my blog and have come along to classes or bought from me this year.

Christmas gift wallets

Back to Christmas makes again.
Here's some Christmas gift wallets I've made for my niece, nephews and FIL.

I used the Be of good cheer designer series paper, punches, morning post stamp set for the letters, a stamp from the tags till Christmas set for the middle of my FIL's wallet and a greeting from the curly cute stamp set to decorate the inside.

I used the word window punch to create the pocket that will be used to hold the money/gift card.

I'm now just deciding if I should put them in an envelope or just hand them like they are as I love how they look. The belly band keeps them closed anyway.

Happy Stamping.

Birthday Card and decorated Jar

Hello everyone, well I've been a busy bee with my craft fairs. The last one was dissapointing with only 15 people through the door!! Oh well, the things I made will not go to waste.
I've had a break from Christmas cards even though I'm not done yet as I needed to make my Mums birthday card and I also decorated a jar for her that I have filled with gems.

I used some of my new stamps sets including serene sihouettes, paillion potpourri (for the butterfly on the jar) and morning post (for the W)

I've used lots of other things too including the lattice embossing folder, antique brads, lace, butterfly embosslits and lots of punches.

I hope my Mum likes it. I'll find out on Friday when I see her.

Happy Stamping.

Latest craft fair

Just a quick post to say hello. I had another craft fair on Saturday at Carterton community center. Thanks for everyone that came. It was embrassing though as I had lost my voice!! I had to whisper the whole time. My voice is a little better today, but not much. Anyway I had a good time and my two little helpers, my young kids, Liam and Owen enjoyed it too. So much so that they came home and played shops/craft fairs before bedtime.

This months craft classes start on Wednesday, we'll be making the ornament (which is a few posts below). I've still got two places for this week is anyone wanted to join us.

Then Saturday is my last Christmas craft fair. This time it's in Oxford and is to raise money for Macmillian nurses, so a great cause. There's more details in the craft fairs tab.

Happy crafting.
